Program Description
By opting into our SMS messaging program, you agree to receive text messages from VeteranVest Management LLC. Message types may include, but are not limited to: leasing communications, showing scheduling, application updates, tenant notices, maintenance coordination, account notifications, rent reminders, property updates, service confirmations, and general customer service communications related to property management services.

Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the number from which you received messages. Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Rejoining Instructions
To rejoin the SMS program after opting out, you must opt in again through the original signup method (such as web form, application form, lease agreement consent, or written authorization). Once re-enrolled, messaging will resume.
